My pc will not let me burn music, is their a setting that is wrong? it did when i got it?

Well whats the exact issue...?? Are you not able to download music or are you not able to burn music.

Well if you are not able to download music then check if you have an active internet connection or not and also check if your firewall or anti-virus system is not blocking it.

If you are not able to burn music into discs, then check if your computer has a CD or DVD burner or not. Also check if you have a proper burning software.
