  1. All the above give good answers cable plugged in etc but there is one more

Is your video card seated properly if not same symptoms

  2. Either your cable is damaged or your video card is completely dead.  That message means your monitor does not detect any sort of output plug on the other end of the cable so somewhere the signal is becoming lost.

  3. Make sure all the connections are correct and the wires are tightly connected.  If they are, it's one of 2 things.  Either your graphics card went bad and has to be replaced, or your monitor went bad and has to be replaced.

Install the monitor on another computer, if the same thing happens you know its the monitor.  If monitor works you know its the graphics card.

  4. I would make sure all of your cables are plugged in securely and also i would check to see if  the cord has any cuts on it or anything that may make it short out.

  5. What Python said,.........dang know-it-all,........jk   LOLOLOL

  6. see if your monitor cable is tightly fastened i might be loose or try to plug your monitor into another serial port.

  7. does the cable have any wires hanging out? if so you need a new cable

  8. i think it is because of wire is not properly connected between ur CPU and Monitor.....So check it out that...or it may be because of loose RAM....

  9. First thing will be to check whether the cables are well connected. If that is all done fine you might have to check whether your monitor is compatible with the motherboard you are using - I'm assuming you are using a desktop...
