My p***s and balls have like small white bumps on it but theyre under the skin?

I press on them and its like popping a pimple kind of, Im 17 years old, and a virgin but ive had this problem for several months now, could it be from masterbating too much? what should I do to help this?

It's just the pores of Your skin man,

Some of them have hair follicles in them and will grow some hair later, and some of them just have really active oil glands.

Don't worry about them, and don't squeeze them. It could make it sore. It is so normal, and it will go away or lessen in time. I'm 24, and the ones that were going to grow hair did, and the ones that weren't, kind of went down. Your testosterone is peaking, and things like oil glands in the skin just do really active things for a while.

It's not from masturbating at all, your gear is fine, and just keep enjoying.
