My p***s hurts. Help!

I'm uncircumcised. The head of my p***s is really sensitive and it hurts when I touch it. It has been hurting for a few weeks now, and when I get hard, my p***s doesn't erect as long as it used to. Is it an infection? What is it? What should I do?

i'm uncircumsised and have had two infections before

but that has never happened to me before...

could be a small rash on the head of your p***s, or it could be crabs, or genital herpes. it also gets like that if u m********e a lot.
