i am 15 and my p***s is only 2" large when erect and the amount of pubic hair i have is sparce,also my p***s is only about 1/2" thick

, does anyone have any information that could help because i am afraid to take any sexual action because of this.

You could just be a late bloomer. Maybe puberty hasn't hit ya yet. The size and lack of hair growth makes me think that. Yes, by 15, puberty has usually caused an increase in both size and hair, but just as it hits some people early, I'm sure it comes late to many as well.
