no, dude, you can't use Viagra.  First of all, it doesn't make the p***s bigger.  It's purpose to provide blood flow for better erections, and should only be used under a doctor's supervision.

You're only 13 and have just started growing.  Give yourself some time;  your unit should grow some more.
