omg u have a p***s,well all p***s's have whits spots but if u had p***s u should check that out

If they are on the rim of the head they are probably pearly penile papules. They are common and harmless. If you look up pictures online you can compare to see if that's what you have. Other options are Fordyce spots, or just hair follicles. Or an STD. See a doctor if you are worried.
