Every time on the second first day or second day of my period comes on... I becomes very lazy and tired. I just want to force myself to get out and workout to lose weight and build abs. The thing is when I work out such as running, I'm always running then walking then running... I want to continue running all the way. But for like with sit up, working with legs and abs, I'm totally fine with it, but running..... what should I do? Can you give me really good advices or sources anything like that ... thanks!

  1. i don't think us hould exercise during ur period but its ur decision because when u exersice during ur period u will have more blood that u will normally have jut try eating fruits and vegges and drik water so u dont have to exercise and u wont gain weight. and u don't have to run jsut walk or jog 2x the distance or laps to even it out

  2. well you shouldnt really force yourself to workout becuz your cramps will hurt even more and may take a good while for them to calm down...

and yeah this always happens to me too...i always feel extra tired when i do get mines too.

  3. the only way to really help with this is A) get birth controll pills, this way your period will be lighter, resulting in you losing less blood,so your sugar levels will be higher and you wont be so tired!

    b) eat more foods higher in protein, carbs will make you really tired!and foods a little higher in sugar than nomal!

and then you will have more energy to workout and burn it off!
