My husband and I had intercourse around the 11th and 13th. I started bleeding today, August 18; but I really shouldn't get my cycle 'til the 24th. I've heard of implantation bleeding and have a slight idea that it's supposed to be very light. This time my menstrual started off real light and within two hours it's gotten heavier with thick blood clumps. I usually have blood clumps in almost all of my other cycles but I was never early; it's always been late. Could implantation bleeding seem like a normal cycle, bleeding wise? I am really anxious to know please help! Any info may help. Thanks!

  1. Implantation bleeding is more a browny/red spotting.  Thick blood clumps sounds as though your period has come early.  If you're really unsure, then I'd go and have a chat with your gp.

  2. i think that your period came early. hopefully i'm wrong.

but implementation is suppose to be more light brown/red color and be very light and it most cases you don't even need sanitary napkins...
