If you have a normal 28 day cycle, the first day of your cycle, count as day 1. On the 13th day is your best date. To be on the safe side, the 14th date would be great too. good luck.

Look for a thick clear discharge, also you usually want to have s*x  a lot when you are ovulating. For me it was exactly two weeks after the first day of my period.

13-16 days after the start of your last period so if you get your period on 17th august try around 29th till 2nd worked for us but this is only if you get a period every 28days also trying a urine ovulation test from 10 days also works it predicts about 24 hrs ina advance so you knwo when to start trying
