it wont be ovulation pains more like mild cramps like your going to get af or if pregnant your uterus stretching or implantation cramps , i would take a test again as it could have been a false negative

Only a few girls have a regular period.

If you have had s*x it could be possible , but dont get worried.

If you want a regular period so the worrying stops go see your doctor and ask him/her about birth control.
