My period is late this month?

Every month it' usually a couple of day slate but this time its about 7 days late. I've heard about stress and everything else that can cause the lateness but i haven't been stressed, i'm not pregnant, havnt gain or loss weight, and not on medications.

and if it matters: i've had my period for around 3 yrs.

There could be all sorts of problems causing this, and if you are truly concerned, ask your doctor.

However, it is somewhat common for girls to miss a period for just a month, even if they're years past puberty. It could also be greatly delayed/early at random times. I've had a period 16 days late once, and another time a week or two early.
