lol yeah it should be fine i don't think anyone will notice as long as you don't have a white bathing suit lol... but if youre afraid to wear tampons what one of my friends did was wear a pad, underwear, bathing suit, shorts, and board shorts. lol layers are very helpful and you couldn't even tell

you could have swam at the beach while you had it completely.  just use a tampon or if you cant use a pad and change it when you get out of the water.

Usually a period stops while a person is swimming, and doesn't continue for at least a half hour after words...

Besides, you're at the beach, not at a pool.. Who is going to notice if by some chance it leaked?

yes you can swim biut i sugegst you buy tampnods fro lighter days there called..lites...they work goo there small..so when you barley have your period you can wear them without pain!

wear a tampon. when you get in the water nothing comes out because of the temperture. But you are more likely to get a disease.
