My period is weird!! help!?

I got my period 4 days early, i normally am really regular, and it normally last for 7 days, it only lasted for 3 days and then it just stopped. I had a miscarriage 3 months ago, but my other periods after that were normal. This one is really strange and I'm not sure what's going on. Oh, and i'm married and we do have unprotected s*x and not on the pill. Help!!

Your "missed" period after you conceive usually comes late, not early.  Even the most regular person is subject to a weird period/cycle.

What may have happened: Your Follicular phase was shorter (earlier ovulation) and caused you to have a thinner lining in your uterus this month.  During your period, the lining of your uterus sheds so that it can thicken again the next cycle.  If the lining was thinner than usual you wouldn't bleed as long as usual.
