My period should be here next week or so and I have a headache. Could it mean that my period is here?

This will be my third period. I don't know if it is the heat cuz I was in a hot room.

With this only being your 3rd period they can be erratic when you first start.  The headache could be  a sign but it's probably caused by sitting in a hot room.  You could be dehydrated and lack of fluids causes headaches. If you have cramps or pains in your breast area that is also a signal. If get them and feel quite peckish just before I am due on.

Did you twist your ankle at all? The pain in your ankle will have no bearing on your periods whatsoever. You may have stepped funny and caused a sharp pain.  If it still hurts Rest it. Ice it. Compress it. Elevate it. That should help.  

Rest - keep off your feet as much as possible.

Ice - with an ice pack or bag of frozen peas.

Compress - Make sure the ice is next to your skin but put a towel on it before pressing it to your anke in case you get freezer burn

Elevate - raise your ankle higher than your heart.

Also if you can take some ibuprofen to help with any swelling.

Usually when you get your period  a week before or two you'll get a headache or bloating in your stomach or cramps, or lower back pains depending on the person  every-ones  different.
