My period was one week late this month ?

it was a week late this month and i was extremely scared thinking i was pregnant but i started it but now its stopped after two days could this mean i am pregnant or what could cause this too happen??

if it did come at all it doesent sound like you are pregnant.

people have periods at different times + sometimes ive missed periods for about 2 months and i was fine.

A few things could cause this to happen:

Were you on any birth control that you just recently went off? If so, this could be the cause of it. A lot of times when you go off it afterwards, the periods tend to be a lot shorter for a while.

Stress could be the cause. I know a few friends who stressed out so much thinking that they were pregnant that it delayed their period.

Sadly pregnancy cannot be ruled out. What you thought was a 'period' could be breakthrough bleeding.  Judging by how irregular you claim it was, I would get a store pregnancy test.
