My period went off monday and im still bleeding is that normal?

my lower stomach hurts, and the blood is gooey and I'm wondering what is going on?

Chances are you're spotting, this happens some months and not others. As it goes on the blood should turn a browny colour and eventually stop.

Be careful though because if it smells different and is discoloured it could be signs of an infection so if it persists go and see a doctor.

Do you usually suffer period pains? because if so it's probably just that, see if putting a  hot water bottle on your stomach helps, so you can see if that soothes the pain a little.

If it carries on for another week or half week I recommend seeing the doctor, more so if the pain persists but by the sounds of it you're spotting. This is where the left over blood and tissue is coming out, it should get lighter

Then you aren't "off" your period...

That lower stomach pain is probably contracting fallopian tubes.
