I normally get it all - sore bb's, huge appetite, cramps, even nausea! All of this usually starts about 5 - 7 days before AF. Now, i'm due tomorrow and have none of these symptoms. Is this what usually happens when you get pregnant?

  1. The symptoms for every woman are so different in early pregnancy that it's fruitless to try and figure out exactly why you're having or not having symptoms.  However, for me, the early response pregnancy test that you can get at the drug store (the pink one) gave me a positive result a few days before my expected period.  (The line was really faint, however).  A pregnancy test is your best bet.  But remember that you can get false negatives, so even if you get a negative, it doesn't mean you're not pregnant.  Maybe take one every 2-3 days if your period doesn't start.

  2. Every woman is different.  Before I found out I was pregnant, I was convinced I was getting my period.  After 3 years of let downs and 2 failed IUI cycles, I was like "its not happening" and for the first time I was just so tired and didn't care!  I was ready to take a break from all the fertility treatments!  2 weeks after my third IUI I got a positive HPT!  The human body is strange. Before this, I would overanalyze myself to death!  I'd feel a twinge in my belly and think "OMG maybe I'm pregnant!"  I can't tell you how many times I actually postponed my period due to my anxiousness!  I would be days late with my period...take a HPT which would be negative and get my period a few hours later!  Its all psychological!  Your mind can make you think you are feeling pregnancy symptoms!  Every month I would think "maybe this is it!"  When I finally did get pregnant I was like "yeah right, not happening!"  Don't look into it too much!  If your period is late then take a test!

    Good luck!
