My permit expired and I'm getting a new one tomorrow...?

I need a proof of signature, what can I use?

I have my old permit that expired last month, can I use that cause it has my signature on it.. does it matter if the permit is rippedon the top edges???

You should be able to use your old permit. But I would also suggest getting some other documentation to prove your signature and that would be best to get something thats been stamped by a notary republic.
