what shoudl i do about my cat,he has messed up teeth, is it normal for all cats to have messed up teeth? his teeth are falling out and he is 3.. is this normal?

No, that is not normal is the least bit.

A three year old cat should not be loosing his teeth.  Take him to a vet right away!
