EDIT : if you're a Crosby puckbunny it seems to me the wrong dog fell out the window.

In this case I need more details.  If it is a small dog like one of Paris Hilton's you can still use it as a hockey puck.  Now you will have a backup in case the bird gets lots in the snow bank.

If it is a big dig then I suggest dressing it up in a uniform and position it as if it is a cheerleader.... It would fit right in with the new Dallas Stars Planet Tan Cheerleaders.
