You need to fill in the blanks for us on this. You have a BLANK parrot. It won't eat BLANK. I am trying to feed it BLANK. It was fed BLANK at it's last home. Is your parrot a baby?

did you just get this bird?  What type?  Are you feeding it the same food as it has always gotten?  More information needed

Maybe it is not hungry.  It might not like the food it is given.  There is many reasons why a bird will not eat.  You need to give a little bit more info.  Like when the last time it ate, what you are feeding it, how old it is, etc.
