My pet rats paw is blueish?

just one of her front paws is blueish on the underside of the paw.

its so weird.

and on my other rat i had posted a question about what to do about her swollen skin around her eye. also on that rat i just noticed that one of her fron paws has blood just below the paw. i couldn't tell if it was a cut or not because she kept squirming.

could they be fighting? also if you have the wire on the bottom of the cage like some do you should take it out...they can hurt themselves on it. i would probably talk with a vet

is the paw all swollen if its bumble foot she might have troble walking and be in a lot of pain
