My phone - PUK code?

Question

I tried to make a security code and it became a whole mess.

When I open my phone (Nokia 5300 xpress) it says enter PUK code. So I did enter the PUK code. Then it says enter new PIN code, so I made a new PIN code. Then it says verify new pin code, so I put the code again. But it says Code Error. What i do?
