My phone all of a sudden doesnt ring?

Question

my housephone usually blows up but the ringer stopped working

its all the way up on the ringer volume

and all the wires are plugged

i can still make calls from it though

and its wierd when ppl tell me they call they say it rings forever

anyone know what i could do?

i called the operator she was the most stupidest person i ever spoke too help?

call ur phone company, they will fix it for you.. its maybe because of the phone line.. you can call out but people cant reach you.. that happen to me before and i just call the phone company. after that it work fine..

If the ringer is definitely on then get a new phone

Get another phone and test it, make sure your phone just isnt bad.

If this isnt the case, tell the operator that.

Then ask the operator to setup a trouble ticket, to find otu why your phone isnt ringing. They will send a technician, but if its your house wiring thats the problem, they may charge you a fee.

Buy a new phone. If the new one does not work then call customer service of your phone company. Not the operator they are not not trained for service calls.
