My phone does not work?

no one can call me and i can not make call and voice is so bad whin ever someone dail my phone they tell him is not in order pls pls pls help i use this phone for business

Unplug all the phones from all the jacks and try conencting only one phone to the demarcation jack to see if the line is working good,

if you have any kind of static or noise or if you dont get a dial tone call your service provider and place a report to chk your lines

but if the line is good at the demarcation point change your telephone sets.
