My phone doesnt have a dialtone (i have comcast but my comp works) can u guys help plz?

my phone and comp go thru a modem i guess its called but my phone doesnt work?

Do you have voip, if so try unplugging and replugging all of the cables from the modem and the phone.

You may have to reboot it. Call Comcast technical support and they will tell you where the reset button is on your modem. It is usually a tiny little pin-hole sized button and I find that the tip of a pin or safety pin tip is the best instrument to use.
