My phone doesnt work?

its my land phone, everytime i punch in like 2 numbers to call someone i get a 'caller busy tone' even though i'm not done punching the phone number. bettery is charged.

does it do it on all phones? if it only happens on one you have a bad phone, if it happens on all you have what is called a crossed line and you need to call your phone company to have it repaired

cuz when you bought that phone, someone might've bought that phone before you and got a refund and maybe the past buyer destroyed it...

Contact your phone company after you are sure your phone is not causing the problem. If you have more than one phone connected, disconnect them, one at a time, and check to see if the problem is gone after each disconnection.

If you have only one phone, try to borrow someone's phone to try it on your line.
