Is there anything i can do to fix it? I have an At@t palm smart-phone, and it just keeps trying to connect to an internet source, but it isn't working.

  1. you'll have to replace the circuit boards, the screen and pretty much all the electronics.  it would be cheaper to just get a new one.

  2. try blow drying it with a hair dryer, or let it dry out on it's own.

same thing happend to mine (a few times) and at first it didn't work, give it time - it will start working.

  3. i have a palm to, sorry for what happened to you bro.

you should just get another one, it wont work properly because the internal system is fcuked up due to the water.

but, if your lucky, your phone may work if you give it 3 weeks to a month

  4. First, take the battery out. Tap your phone lightly to get water out and then dry everything you can off the phone (without breaking the phone open or something) with a q tip or tissue. Then, lay all the separate parts (never force anything off, if it's just the battery, it's cover and the phone that's okay) in a big bowl of rice for about 2 to 3 days. Rice absorbs humidity & water.

  5. well... i'd try opening it up and cleaning (with a Qtip) around the insides... if that doesn't work... i guess, get a new phone?

  6. if it gets wet you should immediatly take out the battery and sim card and let dry. there is a strip you'll see when you take out the batter. if it has already turned black, it is no good anymore. if not, you may still have a chance

  7. try and put it in a bag of minute rice...should draw the moisture out

  8. most of the time you cant.  you should probably get ready to buy a new one.  especiallyif it says something like car kit.

  9. Best way to get it fixed is. Sending to At&t only people can fix is them. Either, the manufacturers.

  10. I get in the pool with my cell phone in my pocket all the time, because I'm an idoit like that.  What I do is take the battery pack off, lay it out to dry, leave it alone for a day, and by some miracle, it still works perfectly.

  11. If it's wet take out the battery from it and air them out for like 1-2days.

  12. My daughter had threw my phone in the toilet. I took the battery out set it aside.Let the phone face down ran a warm blowdryer over it then let it dry.It took 2 days for my phone to dry and work properly. This might work for you.Or you have to get a new phone.

  13. My grandma told me a trick when I dropped mine in the sink and it worked.

Take your phone apart (well the battery out ) and put it in a bowl of rice completly cover it over night and it will dry it out. I promise it works. In the morning I put my phone back together and it worked fine. Good luck.

  14. search how to save wet phone on wiki how.

  15. but the battery and the battery only in the oven for 2 minutes

  16. take it apart and blow dry it. seriously it works.

  17. try blow drying it

  18. take everything apaert that can be and use a hair blow dryer . Do not get it to close and put it on low flow of air.  If this does not work I have no idea.

  19. this happened to my mother while her wacked husband was cleaning the patio and squirt her phone with the dang hose, well anyway in her case she was flat out screwed and bought a new phone which was worse than the one she got wet so then she bought a prepaid cheapo which ended up working better than the 200 dollar phone, so u never know, oh back to your question dont know what to tell u but good luck

  20. Take out the battery and put a blower on it for 1 hour (both sides). Then leave it in your car with the windows up on the dash. This will let the phone dry out. If you didn't short it out it will come back to life. I have done this several times and it worked 4 out of 5.

    Hope this works,

  21. You dry it.

  22. it might be to late but take the battery out and put it back in tomorrow

or you can try hitting it with a blow dryer

    good luck

  23. hate to say it but you probably need to buy a new phone. don't bother to pay to fix it because it will cost as much if you just bought a new one.

  24. fill a container with rice and out your phone in it. the rice will absorb the water. leave it there for maybe 3 or 4 days. it works for me everytime. good luck!

  25. I had a Verizon wireless phone that was fully submerged in a sink full of water.  I simply opened the phone and set it on a towel for a few days and it dried out and came back on.  But...you don't always get this lucky, you may have to buy a new one.

  26. Only way to  fix it is throw it away, and go get a new one for 50$ if you got insurance for it. If not, well you should have.

  27. if u try to connect it of charge it u *** out
