My phone is able to Dial out but when calling into the phone it wont go Thu?

check in settings call barring hasnt been accidently set,or call divertion

73# to disable call forwarding...

if it rings once, and gets cut off.. 99% of the time it is a faulty telephone...

unplug one phone at a time and try to call in with another phone, or your cell..

make sure the ringers not turned off?

Dial *73, make sure call forwarding isnt on.

dial *78, make sure Do Not Distub is off

If it is just ringing, and not ringin in your house, call the phone company, tell them to check your previous provider's switch.

If its saying 'disconnected' or "cant be completed as dialed', call the phone company , there is some sort of error.
