My phone is being dumb?

ok so i just got a chinese phone from china well not just got maybe like a couple months ago and now its being all dumb the memory card wont work so everytime i go to file manager it only shows me files saved on my phone and not on my memory card since the memory card always FORMATS itself it annoys me and it just started doing that.. and also lately when my friends wanna send me something on bluetooth that doesnt work either!! i dont know whats wrong with it and it wont let me restore factory settings since i don't have the password even tho i never made a password for it what should i do?? and i cant send it off to some company to get it fixed cuz i dont know the company.

First of all, don't buy any Chinese phone because they have a very bad quality and many features said on the box is fake (example: on the box said 2 MP  camera, the real one only got VGA camera ; On the box said microSD slot, the real one doesn't).

Many Chinese phone are usually fake nokia, Sony ericsson, samsung, HTC, and apple iphone too.

If I were you, I will sell my phone, get some cash, and buy the real phone.
