My phone is connected, but where is the menu. Very very easy 10 points?

When I connect my phone to the computer, the very first time a menu comes up showing me what I can do. If I end the connection and connect again, the computer makes the noise to insure it is connected but the menu doesn't pop up unless I restart the computer, why? I will give 10 points

because you clicked or it was auto clicked to not show again.

chenge the setting the next time it pops up.
