My phone is messed up, how do i fix it?

I have the sprint rumor and in the front my buttons aren't so great. When i press 3 to dial my house number, the number comes up as "#3" then when i press 7 it comes up as "*7"and when i press "back" it puts an eight. What are some soluutions that could help? PLEASE HELP!

You need to take the phone apart and reseat the chips on the number pad.

If you cant do this, take your phone to a service center. This is the only fix.
