My phone is not working no dial tone.?

I have no dialtone plus I can not recieve any calls

Unplug the phone set and plug another phone to see if you are able to get a dial tone and if it works then its a problem with your phone set.

if it not works too then plug a phone on the demarcation jack (outside)if it works . if it works then the problem is inside your premises say either inside jack or the inside wiring

een if you dont get a dial tone on the demarcation jack , call your service provider and place a report.

1. Pay your bill

2. dissconect your phone line from the jack wait a few then reconnect if this fails

3. buy a new phone line

4. talk to your phone company

do a power cycle first....if it doesn't work check and see if you've paid your bills ...or maybe the phone is simply broken
