My phone is working but i cant get the buttons to work, someone please help me?

Question

ok, so on sunday, I went to the movies . I had to go adjust my clothing so I went to the bathroom. I put my phone on the steel sqaure above the toliet (that thing that has the sheets that you put on the toliet seat) so after I fixed myself I decided to flush the toliet, while it was flushing, I picked up my phone, but it slipped out my hand and dropped in the toliet....so in other words, I nearly flushed my phone down the toliet (funny right?)

I saved my phone but it started spazzing out, about 4 hours later it was working again (my phone has been through h**l more than once) now its just the buttons dont work..absolutley none of them work, I can recieve things (calls, texts, pictures, etc) I just cant respond

Does anybody know a way to get the buttons on my phone working again? heres the things I did already to try to get it working:

-threw it at the wall

-left it alone (its been a day)

-dried it off with a piece of cloth

-blew inside of it

Take the battery out.  let both parts dry-out. may take several days. If it still doesn't work after that    get busy  babysitting.     doing extra chores....  errands for neighbors etc.  anything to  make money  to get new phone.   You might be able to get a used phone   @ $ 50  from the phone company   if you send them your old one.

Get rid of the phone your mom shouldn't have to pay for a phone for you at 15.
