My phone isn't connect? I'm with Telstra?

I'm with Telstra and I don't know what's going on. The bill is upto date. Just today a friend of mine tried to call up and it said "The number you have called isn't connected." So I tried to dial up my friend and it wouldn't go through.

So all I have now is my mobile and I'm at an internet cafe.

What shall I do?

First place to start is with Telstra, contact them and ask them what the problem is, and why is your phone not working, it may just be a line fault.

Unfortunately I can't be much help as I am in the UK, but if you finally get the line back and are fed up with Telstra, I have friends who are using an excellent company, email me if you would like more help.
