my phone line and adsl are on the same line is there away that i can record the phone calls i make from this line on to my computer.

Try NCH Swift Sound.  That is all they do is develop SW for interfacing PCs with PSTN land-phones.

All you need is a voice modem installed in your PC and some SW.

And, just be sure you have a DSL filter between phone line and the PC voice modem line input...
