My phone line is not working i cannot make calls or recieve them.?

First of all have you tried another phone in the line?

If so and this is still the same you will need to ring your service provider to report the fault.

If you know you have paid the bill, then you know it is a fault.

Make sure you haven't pulled your phone plug out from the wall when hoovering or tidying up. I did this once and felt so silly when the repair man came.
