your ph no has to be added in the bsnl portal.go to bsnl.co.in. in the value added services section, you can find "view bills and receive SMS alerts". you will be taken to login page. You have to signup, by registering your login ID and pass word etc. after registering you have to add your ph no and you also can subscribe to sms alerts, so that you can receive the bill amount to your mobile. you can also opt for receiving e mail alerts. Once you have registered your ph no you can view the unpaid bills.
