My phone was stoolen and the person who stole it download stufff???

okay recently my phone was stolen then i found it, so i looked through my phones internet history and everything else and there were sites like s*x movies and stuff they the person that stole it downloaded -___- WILL IT SHOW ON THE BILL THAT THEY DOWNLOADED IT FOR FREE cause i checked and it sed those movies are for freeee.??? I HAVE TMOBILE BTW. PLEASE ANSWER THANKS YOU ALLLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

but you can call and say if they can take them away since you didn't make them....
