Question

My phone will not go on, also when i connect the charger it does not seem to relate to the phone, It does not seem to show that the phone is charging and on top of the phone where it normally flashes a green light it is flashing a red light. Everytime i try and turn the phone on the red light flashes.i cant charge my phone using a charger
when i put the head phones in the same port, my phone does not pick up the signal
BUT when i connect my phone to the pc using a usb cable, it charges fine and i can transfer data

WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY PHONE????
