My phone won't take calls from regular landlines?

why?

after you dial the first three numbers, it automatically says that this call can not be completed as dialed.

it does this for my whole family, we all have the same first three numbers.

it gets calls from other cell phones fine.

Depending on where you live, some areas require the area code when dialing, even for local calling.  In which case, dialing 10 digits is required, beginning with the local area code.
