My phones screen is black and the phone will turn on but the screen doesnt? ?

okay so like i have a tmobile phone and its the motorola w490 or sumthing lol nd like it has never fell down on the floor or touched water nd today it started being weird nd like the keyborad part of the phone turns on nd lites up but the screen doesnt what should i do ??! helpppppp thankzzzzzzzzz

Maybe your backlight isn't working, Try contacting Motorola

its probably broken!

it happened to me my phone turns on but the screen stays blank i've tried everything sorry mate but its in phone heaven now!

At least now u can get a nicer better phone YAY!!!
