My photon television is on lock mode not sure how...

Question

my television (photon) is showing a blue screen and a red lock in the bottom left corner and will not let me do anything with it im not sure how to get it out of lock mode...i dont have the television book anymore and believe the company went out of business as i am unable to locate them. please help!!
