My pics on my phone wont delete?

I have an enV and i go to my pics and try to delete a picture where it says delete and the sign wont come up that says would you like to Delete... whats wronggggg!

Your pictures that you've  taken, or the default pictures that came with the phone? I have an LG chocolate, and I can't delete the stupid pictures that came on it. There's not even an option. When I first got it, I was able to delete one of them, but the rest are there to stay.
