My picture is too big for espin help?

i try to upload a picture it says to try a smaller one it says the .jpg is too big. i want to get some new pix up there and i need help!!

try putting it on photobucket and croping it and making it smaller or just try a smaller size pic i would prefer trying to change the size on photobucket
