My picture won't change?

Question

I've gone to my 360 page and set a picture as my primary but it's not changing on my Y!A profile nor is the picture showing up when I go to edit my profile on Y!A. What's going on?

I have the same problem, as you can see I have no avatar. It's been going on for three days, there seems to be a glitch and Yahoo is working on it, I hope they fix it soon :]

I am not really sure, as sometimes it will allow me to change my Yahoo profile pic and other times it will not????

Sometimes I get that notice about shutting profile pics down and a suggestion about flkr ( or something like that ), and other times, I can change it with no problem at all.
