My pictures wont load onto computer from my digital camera!! HELP!?!?

okay i have a sony cybershot camera (DSC-W80) and just recently it hasnt been loading the pictures onto my computer. like before i would plug it in and then a box would pop up asking me where to load them to. what is wrong!? please help me!! THANKS

  1. If you got software with the camera reload the software.If you do not have it go to sonys web site and see if you can download..
