I lost the remote. I can turn the volume button up or down and that has no effect, on tuner, CD player, or Ipod. no sound. ATT keeps coming up.

  1. ya ATT stands for attenuator or something like that, it's like a wanna be mute button, i kind of like it, but maybe try turning it off, or if you can remove the faceplate do that and then put it back on.

  2. Strange to have the unit go into ATT mode without the remote.

Two ways I can think of getting it out of ATT mode:

    Either...

    (1) Find a car audio shop that sells a Pioneer H/U similar that has the same remote and ask to borrow it for a moment.

    (2) Detach the face and with a small pointed object, press the "RESET" button.  This should take it out of ATT mode.

Probably want to try the second option first...good luck!

  3. turn att off on your controller or just turn the volume up or down and it will come off
