My pioneer inno dosen't reconize

Question

my pioneer inno dosen't reconize that it t=is in the home dock. it charges but it dosen't rotate the screen or play through the adio jack n the home dock, i have to connect the audio cable to the headphone plug on the inno to hear the music.
